Shipping policy

  1. Orders placed on workdays will be packed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders on weekends and official holidays will be shipped on the next workday. Pre-order items follow the shipping time stated on product pages.
  2. Estimated delivery time:
  • Domestic orders: 3-7 business days after dispatch
  • International orders: 15-35 days for standard shipping; 7-15 days for expedited line. Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance.
  1. A tracking number will be updated to your order page after shipment. If no logistics update lasts more than 10 days, please contact us to trace your parcel.
  2. Once marked as delivered by courier, the package is regarded as successfully received. For lost or damaged parcels during transit, please provide waybill and damage photos for verification, and we will arrange reshipment or partial refund. No compensation will be offered after signature confirmation.
  3. If packages are detained or confiscated by customs for violating local import rules, we cannot process return or refund, and will not undertake relevant compensation liability.
